Farmers get year-end bonus in cash (1/4)

Ling Jihe (R), a farmer from Anyi county in East China's Jiangxi province, gives 2.89 million yuan ($460,000) in bonuses to more than 80 farmers who help him manage his land in Haikou, Hainan province, Jan 8, 2015. Ling Jihe, who used to be a farmer in Nanchang, south China's Jiangxi province, made his fortune by starting his business in 2008 and then returned to hometown to develop land contract to benefit farmers. Ling offered 1.4 million yuan and 1.56 million yuan of year-end bonus to his contract farmers in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
