Armed police guards stand at the gate of the Consulate General of the United States in Shanghai municipality, Feb 13, 2015. At 21:43, Thursday, a black Toyota sedan crashed into the guardrail of the consulate’s side entrance along the South Urumqi Road, causing one armed police guard slightly injured and facilities outside the gate damaged.
