Visitors look at lanterns placed on the water and land for the upcoming Lantern Festival at the Tang Paradise in Xi'an, Northwest China’s Shaanxi province, Mar. 2, 2015. The show consists of a mixture of colorful lanterns featuring Chinese style and cartoon figures, attracting many tourists and residents to enjoy this joyous atmosphere. The Lantern Festival falls on the fifteenth day of its first lunar month, which is Mar. 5 this year. Tang Paradise, a large-scale royal garden presenting the styles and features during the Tang Dynasty (618-907), covers a total area of 1,000 mu (66.7 hectares), among which 300 mu is water, and is the largest theme park in the northwestern region of China.
