Workers dump counterfeit cigarettes at an incineration power plant in Xuchang, Central China’s Henan province, March 13, 2015. The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in Xuchang seized 447 cartons of fake cigarettes during 2014. The cartons were then burnt, generating more than 10,000 kWh of electricity. A series of activities have been organized to mark World Consumer Rights Day on March 15, known as "3.15" in China. (Photo/IC)
