The rail link, from Hefei, the capital of East China's Anhui province, to Fuzhou, the capital of East China's Fujian province, began service on June 28, 2015. It has a total length of 806 kilometers and runs through Anhui, Jiangxi and Fujian provinces. The railway passes many tourist destinations, such as Huangshan Mountain, Wuyuan, Sanqing Mountain and Wuyi Mountain, winning it the title of “China’s most beautiful high-speed line”.
