A house collapses after floods in Yining county, Yili Kazakh autonomous prefecture, Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. Rainstorms and floods have affected nearly 200,000 people in Yili and caused a direct economic loss of 7.9 billion yuan ($1.3 billion). No casualties have been reported.
