After graduating from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, Li Ming now works for a newspaper as a media-visual editor and is also a member of the China Photographers Association. Living in Yichang, Central China's Hubei province, some of his most important works such as Three Gorges Scenes, Post Three Gorges Documentaries, and Unknown Homeland, focus on the Three Gorges Project and its influences on nature and society. Li believes the project reflects the course of modernization, relations between humans and nature and the search for a spiritual home.
