The People's Bank of China will issue a new 100-yuan note on November 12, 2015, the central bank said on its official Weibo microblogging account. The 2015 version of the 100-yuan banknote maintains the layout, pattern, and color range but uses more advanced anti-forgery technology to allow the public to easily identify fake ones.
