Workers make dried bean curd at a studio in Rugao City, east China's Jiangsu Province, Dec. 17, 2015. Baipu dried bean curd, or Baipu "Sanxiangzhai" dried bean curd, was created in the Qing Dynasty(1644-1911)and has a history of more than 350 years. Made after more than 20 procedures, Baipu dried bean curd is famous for its delicate production and special taste, and was listed as one of the provincial intangible cultural heritages of Jiangsu in 2011.
