Kang Kang, the mascot for China Central Television’s Spring Festival Gala, is revealed to the public, Jan. 21, 2016. The character was designed by famous artist Han Meilin, the chief designer of the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics mascot Fuwa. CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala is one premier television events, screened during the Lunar New Year celebrations, and it is the most watched television program in the world.
