Lines of seats are placed on a platform near the Music Fountain Square at the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda scenic spot in Xi’an City, the capital of Northwest China’s Shaanxi Province, Feb. 18, 2016. The fountain features a 20-minute performance, which has been free for visitors to see since its creation in 2003. However, visitors are now required to pay 30 yuan ($4.6) to use one of the newly-built seats. Although they offer the best view of the performance, people are complaining about being charged for the service. (Photo: China News Service/Zhang Yuan)
