Mount Wuling National Nature Reserve, covering 142 square kilometers, sits at the intersection of Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan and Chengde. The annual average temperature at the reserve is 7.6°C with an average temperature of 17.6°C during the hottest month, making it an ideal place to escape the summer heat.
