The combined photo taken on July 29, 2016 shows bamboo carving works of Xu Bingfang and his daughters in Changzhou, east China's Jiangsu Province. The 71-year-old Xu Bingfang is the son Liuqing Bamboo carving artist Xu Subai. He started to learn this outstanding skill in his childhood. In 2009, Xu Bingfang became the representative successor of Liuqing Bamboo carving, one of the national intangible cultural heritages. Her two daughters are also provincial level and city level successors of Liuqing Bamboo carving. The carving skill is a unique and traditional method to carve into the very thin surface of bamboo.
