A dust-proof barrier under construction at a coal terminal in the port of Qinhuangdao, North China’s Hebei Province, Dec. 27, 2016. Construction of the 23-meter-tall, 2,900-meter-long barrier is set to be completed this year. It will connect to an already completed five-kilometer section to encircle all areas used to handle coal and other minerals at the port amid efforts to reduce and control coal dust. All dust-proof barriers built at three ports under the administration of the Hebei Port Group will reach 17 kilometers then, making it the largest anti-dust project in the world. (Photo/CFP)
