Coins and banknotes pile up at the remains of the original Leifeng Pagoda in Hangzhou City, capital of East China’s Zhejiang Province, Feb. 17, 2017. Many devotees believe that offering prayers and money at historical or religious sites can bring them luck and fortune. The pagoda was one of the ten sights of the West Lake because of the Legend of the White Snake. The original pagoda collapsed in 1924 but was rebuilt later. It has been a popular tourist attraction since. (Photo/CFP)
