Wanja Sjodin, 80, trains in a gym in Gavle, Sweden. Despite always being active, Wanja didn't start lifting weights until she was 46 when an injury prevented her from running or dancing. She was soon hooked and four years later, at the age of 50, Wanja, who is a grandmother to four, ran her first marathon.
