An old Seagull camera collected by Li Yuzhen is kept at her home in Lianhua Town, Guilin City, South China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Li started to learn photography with her husband after they were married in 1953. In 1984, she borrowed 200 yuan ($29) to open the only photo studio in Lianhua Town and almost all of the old photos in the town were taken by Li and her daughter. Li has used almost all varieties of cameras in the past 64 years, working with black and color pictures. At nearly 90 years old, she still occasionally helped in the photo studio. Five of her family members are now engaged in photography. (Photo/Weibo of Guilin Evening News)
