People of Zhuang ethnic group celebrate the Jinshan Huapao Festival in Zuozhou Town, Chongzuo City, South China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, March 16, 2017. The festival on Feb. 19 in lunar calendar began in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and was named after the Jinshan Temple on a hill in Zuozhou. The celebration usually includes dragon and lion dance, singing contest, parade, and most importantly the huapao match.
