Visitors look at Ru ware, a famous and extremely rare type of pottery from the Song Dynasty (960-1279), at a museum in central China’s Henan Province. The museum opened yesterday in Baofeng County's Qingliangsi village, where kiln ruins were discovered in the 1950s. Ru ware was produced for the imperial court for a brief period around 1100. Such items were very rare even during the time they were produced and fewer than 100 complete pieces survive today. (Photo/Xinhua)
