Some 83 paintings commemorating the wartime atrocities committed by the Japanese army in China went on display in the Museum of the War of Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in Beijing on Wednesday, the national memorial day for victims of the Nanjing Massacre. The works were painted by Chinese artists, including Chen Yifei and Chen Danqing, when they were studying in the U.S. in 1987.
