The seventh season of the Hamdan International Photography Award, themed 'The Moment,' announced the winners in Dubai. Other categories in the HIPA competition are: General, Time-lapse (Video) and Portfolio. Chinese photographers accounted for 12 percent of the participants from across the world, with three winners.
