1,400 travelers stranded by snow in SW China (4/5)

A snow plow is deployed in Heqing county, Dali Bai autonomous prefecture, Yunnan province, on Ninglang-Fengyi Highway, on Dec 16, 2013. Some 300 police personnel and soldiers came to help 1,400 travelers stranded by snowfall on Monday.
