1,400 travelers stranded by snow in SW China (5/5)

Some 300 police personnel and soldiers came to Heqing county, Dali Bai autonomous prefecture, Yunnan province, on Ninglang-Fengyi Highway, to help 1,400 travelers stranded by snowfall on Monday.
