Liu Qiaoxiu said that her local speciality products sold well with the increasing number of tourists in recent year. According to the statistics of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the number of unincorporated villages in China decreased from 4.2 million in 1984 to 2.67 million in 2012, at a rate of 55,000 per year.
