Two artists paint a wall in Xucun Village of Heshun County, north China's Shanxi Province, Aug. 10, 2015. Xucun Village holds village art festivals and invites artists from at home and abroad to integrate modern art and village culture. According to the statistics of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the number of unincorporated villages in China decreased from 4.2 million in 1984 to 2.67 million in 2012, at a rate of 55, 000 per year.
